Cool details in a compact home.

The basic structure of this home was built in 1933 and stayed that way until our team go their hands on it.  The home features several "out of the box" design elements such as: a 10 degree twisted and reverse pitched dormer which allows views of Perins Peak from the master bedroom, Locally sourced siding, carefully selected and placed to accent texture of the saw cuts, concrete counters made from the city of Durangos recycled bottles, recycled laminated veneer lumber and plywood bar and stair treads, steel plated walls, and concrete built furniture.
