MAJOR update of an Animas Valley Home.
Designed, built, and crafted by the CHARACTER builders team and the homeowner. This space had been a rental and was ready to be updated. Our clients hired us because they felt their retirement home in the Animas Valley "needed some CHARACTER!" Original truss chords were exposed and ceilings vaulted, aspen roof shingles became a welcoming mud room textured wall, fir flooring became entry siding..... We love it when a plan comes together.
